Full Custom Design
Your kitset, your way
Create a home that is uniquely yours with our Custom Design service. You’ll work closely with one of our experienced designers, where your ideas, lifestyle needs, and vision are transformed into a personalised concept design tailored specifically to you. A design fee applies for the preparation of your custom concept plans, ensuring your home is thoughtfully planned before moving into the build stage. Unlike selecting a standard plan, a full custom design gives you the freedom to shape every aspect of your home. From the layout and room sizes to the kitchen, bathrooms, and materials, you choose the features that best suit your style and budget. The result is a home designed around the way you live, with the flexibility to create a space that truly feels like your own.
