These or our standard inclusions included with all of our transportable homes. Inclusions can be chnaged to suit the style of home you are looking for.

• Plans and permit

  Working drawings for both house and foundations submitted to respective councils. Council fees also paid.

• Framing

  All framing timber fitted and fixed as per council plans. Including pre nailed frames

• Roof framing

  Engineer designed trusses to suit plan and site.

• Roofing

  Colorsteel/Colourcote 5-Rib long run iron and accessories including fixings (standard colour range)

• Fascia and gutter

  200x30 pine fascia with Marley PVC guttering

• Soffits

  Cemintel eaves linings

• Cladding

  Standard cladding options include - Shadowclad ply board and baton and all Weathertex products. Other cladding options can be priced.

• Windows and Doors

  Fairview double glazed aluminium joinery. Axis Entry door

• Insulation

  Bradford Gold R2.4 Wall batts and R3.6 Ceiling batts

• Interior linings

  10mm standard gib plaster board on walls and ceiling. Aqualine to wet areas. Braceline where required

• Finishing timber

  60mm pine skirtings, 40mm pine architraves.

• Interior doors

  Pre-hung MDF pre-primed flush panel interior doors with pine jambs

• Door Hardware

  Locware single lever handles - Naples, Florence, Horizon styles

• Kitchen and Benchtop

  Impressions range kitchen with Formica square or rolled edge benchtop

• Appliances

  Omega 4 function oven, gas or electric hob and 60cm rangehood

• Bathroom

  Englefiled bathroom fittings and fixtures. Goldair heated towl rail.

• Electrical and gas

  LED Downlights, Vynco Switches througout. 5kw Heatpump. 26L gas califont.

• Painting and decorating

  All internal walls finished with Resene

• Flooring

  Belgotex Province Vinyl to bathrooms, laundry and kitchen. Belgotex Liberty carpet with 11mm underlay to bedrooms and living area.

• Freight

  Please inquire for a freight price to your site.

• Connection to services

  You will need to organise for the services on site to be connected with the services under the house.

• Window coverings

  Window coverings are excluded from all our transportable homes.

• Wardrobe organisers

  Wardrobes are left empty, no organisers included.

• Foundations

  Foundations vary from site to site. We can provide foundations at an extra cost once we have a site specifc foundation design. Please inquire for an estimate.

• Decks and driveways

  We do not included decks and drivways and any other additional structures with our transportable homes

• H1 Energy Efficiency

  Since all H1 energy efficiency requirements are not yet mandatory in all regions, we are able to discuss this with you.
